Most j.S stop hitting at somewhere above 20 hits. If I were to give an exact number it's at least gets to 23 hits. It would seem that Eggman is different though.
Shadow's stonks are down

When chaos spear was added, air delayed chaos took 0 bars instead of one, leading to a very hard to punish Shadow. It was patched in the next update.
When Shadow got his LEVEL3 SUPER!!! IT COST 0 BARS!
This is literally Shadow's move in V0.0.15.0.

So this would be a more accurate representation of V0.0.11.0.
