Most j.S stop hitting at somewhere above 20 hits. If I were to give an exact number it's at least gets to 23 hits. It would seem that Eggman is different though.

When chaos spear was added, air delayed chaos took 0 bars instead of one, leading to a very hard to punish Shadow. It was patched in the next update.

but it's USSD 0.0.19.0 in patch notes.
